Bangkok Hospital Continuing the success of the charity running activity "Run With The Flow" for the third consecutive year under the concept of "Run With The Flow". "Empower you, Empower the flow" to campaign for people to pay attention to brain and heart health in a sustainable manner. Reinforcing its medical leadership in receiving the Specialized Hospital Asia Pacific 2024 award as the first hospital group to awaken the trend of comprehensive heart and brain care. This year is even more special with the addition of a new running distance " 21 kilometers" to provide opportunities for runners of all groups, from families to Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin is ready to be the core of safety care along the running route with a team of doctors and nurses with international standard emergency life-saving equipment to ensure that all participants have the most fun and safe running experience.

Objective

  • 1.To promote preventive healthcare: Campaign and encourage all demographics to recognize the significance of regular exercise in fostering robust immunity and mitigating the risk of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), particularly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular conditions.
  • 2.To enhance corporate image and strategic engagement: Elevating the reputation of the BDMS Group hospitals as a benchmark organization in environmental sustainability (Green Hospital), while fostering collaboration between the hospital and the community through innovative initiatives that prioritize their positive social impact.
  • 3.To advance the development of health and wellness tourism: Foster and amplify the potential of health and wellness tourism at both local and national levels by integrating recreational activities with state-of-the-art medical services.
  • 4.To enhance local knowledge and conservation awareness: Emphasizing the provision of experiences through running routes that embody the distinctive identity of the region, while encouraging engagement in learning about research, agriculture, and the preservation of vital natural resources within the project area.

Rules

Event Rules & Medical Safety Protocol

  1. Health & Fitness Readiness: Participants must be in good physical health to compete in their registered distance and must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions to the organizers. In the event of an injury along the route, runners must immediately report their condition to staff to receive prompt treatment, prevent further injury, and safely complete the race. (Mobile medical units will deploy immediately upon request).
  2. Littering Policy: Discarding equipment, trash, or plastic materials along the race route is strictly prohibited. Marshals and route staff will issue warnings for violations. Persistent non-compliance will result in the runner's bib number being reported to the central committee for immediate disqualification.
  3. No Route or Distance Changes: Runners are not permitted to change their race route or distance after checking in and receiving their race kits.
  4. Photo & Media Rights: The event organizers reserve the right to use photos taken during the event for post-event public relations and sponsor reports (printed/booklet format only). All promotional use is strictly non-commercial.
  5. Code of Conduct: All registered runners must strictly follow instructions from race officials and the organizing committee. Participants must maintain polite discourse; verbal abuse, defamation, or physical violence towards staff, referees, or fellow runners will not be tolerated. Violators will face warnings and disqualification. In cases of physical violence, the organizers reserve the right to pursue legal action if the actions damage the reputation of the organization, sponsors, or other parties involved.
  6. 100% Closed Course Safety: This event prioritizes maximum safety with a 100% closed route. Runners must strictly follow staff instructions. In case of injury, runners must immediately call the emergency contact number printed on their race bib.
  7. Emergency Evacuation & Transfer: In the event of a severe medical emergency, patients will be evacuated to the Bangkok Hospital Udon as medically appropriate. Group accident insurance coverage provided by the event will be utilized first.
