Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RUNLAH.com. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Innosprint Co., Ltd., the operator of the RUNLAH.com platform (referred to here as "RUNLAH.com" or "we"). By accessing or using any part of our website, platform, or services, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

1.2 Eligibility

Age	What you can do
Under 13	Cannot create an account. A parent or guardian may enter you in an event through their own account.
13 or over but not yet of legal age	May use the website. Entering an event and making payment require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Of legal age	May transact independently.

1.3 Registering on Behalf of Others

The platform allows you to enter an event on behalf of another person, or to enter several people on a single registration. If you do so, you represent that:

You are authorised to act for that person, and where that person is a minor, you are their parent or guardian or have obtained a guardian's consent.
The information you provide is accurate and you have permission from the person concerned to use it.
You accept these terms and the Privacy Policy on that person's behalf, including the publication of race results under section 5.

1.4 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or through platform notifications. Your continued use after an amendment signifies your agreement to the updated terms.

2. Our Role and Who You Are Contracting With

Taking part in one running event involves more than one agreement, and not all of them are with the same party. This table sets out who is responsible for what.

RUNLAH.com does not organise races. We do not set entry fees, race rules or event conditions, and we do not guarantee that an event will take place as announced.

The table above describes an event that uses our services. Most events listed on our calendar use none of them — for those we only publish information about the event, and the second row does not apply at all. See section 3.2.

Conversely, for the matters that are ours under the table above you may contact us directly at support@runlah.com without going through the organizer.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 Our Services

RUNLAH.com provides:

A running-event calendar and event information, including events that do not use our services (see 3.2)
Registration and payment processing for events whose organizers choose to use it
Race timing and results publication for events whose organizers choose to use it (see section 5)
Other services such as race pack collection, post-event surveys and photo search, where enabled by the organizer

An event may use only part of this — for example timing only, with registration handled through the organizer's own channels.

3.2 The Event Calendar and Accuracy of Event Information

RUNLAH.com maintains a calendar of running events held in Thailand as a service to the running community. Most events on the calendar do not use any of our services. We compile them from organizers' public announcements, sports-association calendars and other public sources, and publish them so that runners can find events in one place.

A listing does not mean that the organizer is our customer, that we endorse or have vetted the event, or that we are involved in it in any way. For an event of this kind:

Entry and payment take place entirely through the organizer's own channels or another registration provider. Links on the event page lead away from RUNLAH.com. We receive no money from you and hold no registration data of yours for that event.
Every question about the event — conditions, entry fees, cancellation, refunds, and race day itself — is for the organizer. We cannot answer for them or act on their behalf.
We are not responsible for whether the event takes place, for its quality, or for any transaction between you and the organizer.

For every event on the calendar, whether or not it uses our services:

Details such as date, location, distances, entry fees, schedule and capacity come from organizers and public sources, and may change or be withdrawn without our being informed.
We work to keep this information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is accurate or complete.
Please check the organizer's official announcements before making any decision, particularly before paying.

Organizers who would like an event added to, corrected in, or removed from the calendar may submit it through runlah.com/promote or write to support@runlah.com. Publication is at our discretion, and we may decline or withdraw a listing.

3.3 Accounts

Some features require an account. When you register you agree to provide accurate, current information, keep your login credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Some events allow entry without an account, at the organizer's discretion. In that case your registration is identified by a link and a cookie on the device you registered from — there is no password. Anyone holding that link can access the registration, so please keep it safe. If you clear your browser data or change device, you can request a new link by email through the registration recovery page.

3.4 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the platform for fraudulent, harmful or illegal activity.
Submit false information, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity.
Register another person without their permission.
Interfere with the operation of the platform through hacking, malware, bulk automated extraction, or other disruptive means.
Access or use the platform to harm or exploit minors in any way.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these provisions.

4. Entries and Payment

4.1 Entry Fees and Charges

Entry fees and event conditions are set by the organizer. RUNLAH.com is not responsible for changes or errors in prices set by an organizer.
RUNLAH.com charges a payment-channel fee based on the method you choose, shown to you before you confirm payment. Rates differ by payment method, and direct bank transfer carries no such fee.

4.2 Payment

Payments are handled by established payment providers. RUNLAH.com does not store your credit or debit card number.
By submitting payment you also accept the terms of the payment provider you selected.
A place is confirmed only once payment succeeds. Completing a registration form without paying does not reserve a place.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Once payment is complete, entries cannot be cancelled and payments are not refundable.

The exception is where the organizer cancels, postpones, or does not hold the event.

The organizer alone sets the conditions, decides each request, determines the refund method, and pays any refund. The outcome may be a full refund, a partial refund, a transfer to another event, or no refund, as the organizer announces.

The organizer may handle this entirely through their own channels, or may in some cases ask RUNLAH.com to open a form on your registration page to collect request details and pass them to the organizer, within a period the organizer sets. RUNLAH.com's role is limited to collecting and forwarding that information. We do not set the conditions, decide requests, or pay refunds.

Refunds are not processed back through the channel you paid with. The method, route and timing are determined by the organizer, who may ask you for further details such as a bank account number. Please follow the organizer's announcements as the primary source.

The payment-channel fee under 4.1 is charged by the payment provider once the transaction succeeds and cannot be recovered.

4.4 Transfers

Entries purchased through RUNLAH.com are not transferable to another person unless the organizer provides otherwise.

5. Timing and Publication of Results

For events that use our timing service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Race results are published publicly on our website, viewable without signing in, and may be found through search engines.
Published information includes BIB number, name, gender, age group and race category, team or club, participant photo (where available), finish time, checkpoint times, placing and any prizes awarded.
Results are retained and published on an ongoing basis as a historical record of the competition.
Results depend on timing equipment and on participants following the race rules. We do not guarantee accuracy in every case. Official results and placings are determined by the organizer, and disputes about results should be raised with the organizer.

What is and is not published, the legal basis, retention, and your right to object to publication are set out in the Privacy Policy, sections 3.5 and 6.4.

6. Responsibilities of Event Organizers

Organizers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete details about their events, including date, location, entry fees and conditions.
Organizers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and permits, including making reasonable provision for safety and first aid.
Organizers agree to indemnify and hold RUNLAH.com harmless against any claims, damages or liabilities arising from their events or conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Scope

RUNLAH.com provides a platform, registration, payment processing and timing — but does not organise races.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of event information provided by organizers or third parties.
For events listed on the calendar that do not use our services, our role is limited to publishing publicly available information about them. We are not a party to any transaction you make with those organizers and bear no liability for it.
We are not liable for the cancellation, postponement, delay or alteration of any event, nor for the quality of an event, its merchandise, or services the organizer provides.

7.2 Participation in Events

Running and sporting activity carries a risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and accept that risk. Liability for incidents at an event rests with the organizer on the terms the organizer sets.

7.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay in, or inability to provide, our services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, air pollution, epidemics, government orders, or failures of communications, power or third-party providers.

7.4 Indirect Damages

To the extent permitted by law, RUNLAH.com is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, such as lost profits or loss of data, arising from your use of the platform or your participation in events.

Nothing in this section limits liability arising from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property and User Content

8.1 Our Rights

Content on RUNLAH.com, including logos, text, design, software and databases, is owned by Innosprint Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Use, reproduction, adaptation or distribution without permission is prohibited.

8.2 Content You Submit

Content you submit — cheer messages, post-event surveys, images and feedback — remains yours. You grant RUNLAH.com a licence to use, display and distribute it for the operation of the platform.

You represent that your content does not infringe the rights of others and is not unlawful. Cheer messages are displayed publicly at the event and pass through automated screening. We reserve the right to withhold or remove inappropriate content without prior notice.

8.3 Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, please write to support@runlah.com with enough detail for us to investigate.

9. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of RUNLAH.com is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, disclosed and retained, including the publication of race results and your rights.

Cookie preferences are set through the banner on your first visit and can be changed at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or of applicable law, including fraud, false information, or misuse of the platform.

10.2 Termination by You

You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@runlah.com.

10.3 Effect of Termination

On termination you lose access to your account and to the data held in it.

Your race entries and race results remain, as these are records of the competition and of transactions between you and the organizer rather than property of the account. What is deleted and what is retained is set out in the Privacy Policy, section 6.3.

Terminating your account does not affect entries already paid for and does not create any right to a refund.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innosprint Co., Ltd., its directors, employees and service providers, from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or inaccurate information you provide.

12. General Legal Terms

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Jurisdiction. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. This does not affect a consumer's right to use dispute-resolution channels available under consumer protection law.
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our consent. We may assign ours to a successor of the business.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the platform.
Language. This document is published in Thai and English. In the event of any inconsistency, the Thai version prevails.
