The schedule and course may change due to conditions and weather; the organizer will announce any change right away.

• Do not buy or sell race numbers, on or off the page
• Runner names cannot be changed and entries cannot be transferred
• Do not use another runner's race number to take part
• No refunds once payment is made
• The course may change due to conditions, suitability or natural hazards; the organizer will announce any change right away

Prize rules

• Winners' names must match their own race number
• Winners must complete the full course and pass every check point of their distance
• Protests are accepted only within 15 minutes of the official results announcement
• Winners must report with their own original ID card
• Prizes are presented once all winners in an age group have reported (each age group is presented as soon as it is complete)
• Winners who do not report within 15 minutes of being called forfeit their prize
• The organizer reserves all rights regarding moving runners up in the rankings
• Prizes will not be posted afterwards; winners must collect them at the event

• Applicants must provide accurate information — full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and emergency contact details.
• Payment must be completed within the time window the system allows, otherwise the application may be cancelled automatically.
• A race BIB is non-transferable — it may not be given, lent, or sold to another person under any circumstances.
• Each person may submit only one application per category. Registering using another person's name or information is prohibited.
• Registration details can only be edited during the window the system has open for edits — check your registration page for the current status.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration that does not follow the terms above, with no refund.

All 111, 62 and 38 KM runners must load the course map onto their watch or phone

1. At least 2 finishes of a 50 KM+ trail race or a full marathon within the cut-off
2. Aged 18 or over, in good health with no medical condition that puts you at risk while running
3. Strictly follow the race rules, regulations and conditions
