Participants who are unable to collect their Race Entry Packs during the REPC collection dates may authorise representatives to collect them on their behalf. All authorised representatives are required to produce the following documentation upon collection :

• A photocopy of the participant’s Citizen ID Card/Passport

1. Age requirements of runners in each race the applicants under age of 12 years old must have parental consent.
2. Appearance, runners must contact to receive the Race kit. They must show their ID card, driving's license or passport to collect “Race Kit”.
3. Running race scheduling will use "Gun Time" (the time from the clock of the competition) to judge the official wining results by using a “Rank Badges for Runners” and check through the check point.
4. Start point, runners must arrive at the Start point before the release time according to the type of distance they applied and passed the “check in” before entering the starting line as well as must exit at the specified point in accordance with the rules.
5. During the running, the runners must attach a BIB number to the front side of their race shirt to be visible and clearly for the committee to the entire race. Follow the specified path only and must run through all the checkpoints. Remark: *In case of running out of the specified route -The committee has the right to request you to leave the race competition immediately.
6. Should not run in groups in a horizontal, Observe and look behind you every time before changing lanes or overtaking, kindly pull over at the side of the road in case of to tie a shoe or doing other activities.
7. Do not dress or have any equipment that may be harmful to other runners.
8. Not dressing inappropriately, causing discomfort to other runners or visitors, such as being impolite, obscene, expressing political views, humiliating religion or beliefs, advertising products, propaganda etc.
9. Do not use devices or sounds that will cause others to misunderstand that the signal is released.
10. Not doing anything which causes a delay in the race competition or obstructing the finish line.
11. Stop or give way to vehicles or emergency personnel, ambulance to access the emergency situations.
12. Strictly to follow the instructions of the route and directions from the control officer or the competition committee.
13. To collect the Trophy - for those who receives the prize and act in accordance with the rules are welcome to report to identify themselves to the committee within 30 minutes after passed the finish line at the point specified by the committee. Note: * After 30 minutes, if not reported or identified themselves shall be considered a waiver
14. Presence for receiving an Award or Trophy, these are things to required “BIB, Rank Badges for Runners and runners of all award categories must show an ID card or a government-issued ID card with a photo ID (driving license) or passport to claim the prize as announced within the specified time. Otherwise, it will be considered unsuccessful and will be disqualified to receive the prize.
15. The protest can be processed within 30 minutes after entering the finish line.
16. Other rules not specified will be referred to the competition rules of the Athletics Association of Thailand. (Under the patronage)
17. Photos, animations, sounds, articles and competition statistics are the copyright of the organizer and may be distributed on various media such as newspapers, internet, television, magazines etc. Athletes can take photos animation and their own voice to use without having to ask a permission. The organizer does not allow the commercial use of photos and animations of events and contests.
18. The judge & decision of the referee is final.
