1. The Sports Mall Half Marathon will be conducted in accordance with the official road running rules of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF).
2. Runners must wear their bib number clearly visible on the front of their shirt. If the bib number cannot be seen — for any reason such as wearing the wrong age group bib or any issue that prevents identification — the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant and withhold any awards.
3. If a runner fails to pass any checkpoint, the result will be marked as DQ (Disqualified), meaning the participant did not complete the full course and will not be eligible for a finisher medal.
   1. Gun Time refers to the official race time, starting when the starting signal is given and all runners begin simultaneously.
   2. Chip Time refers to the individual time recorded from the moment the runner crosses the start line until they finish.
4. Cut-off Time refers to the maximum time allowed for each distance, measured from the Gun Time, to allow for route reopening and traffic clearance.
   • 21 KM Cut-off Time: 4 hours
     • Cut-off at KM 6 → 4:30 AM
     • Cut-off at KM 12 → 5:30 AM
     • Cut-off at KM 16 → 6:30 AM
   • 10 KM Cut-off Time: 2 hours
     • Cut-off at KM 6 → 5:45 AM
   • 5 KM Cut-off Time: 1.5 hours
     • Finish line cut-off → 7:00 AM
5. The Sports Mall Half Marathon will start according to the announced schedule. However, in the event of safety concerns along the route that cause a delay, the cut-off time will be calculated from the actual start time.
6. Cash prizes and trophies will be determined based on Gun Time recorded by the official timing chip system. Awards will only be given to runners who have correctly registered, worn their bib visibly, and passed all designated checkpoints.
7. The organizing team reserves the right to withhold prizes or trophies if it is discovered that the runner’s name and bib number do not match.
