RUN WITH THE FLOW 2025 by Bangkok Hospital, Chiangmai

Bangkok Hospital Chiangmai invites everyone to run for fun and excitement in Chiang Mai. See various species of trees in Royal Park Rajapruek with a health run activity by the Bangkok Hospital Group. We invite people in Chiang Mai Province and the general public, including tourists, to exercise for health and feel the cool breeze at the beginning of the season when flowers are in full bloom. In addition to being a running activity to promote good health and also promoting safe tourism in Thailand, along with excellent services from hospitals that received the Specialized Hospital Asia Pacific 2024 award and are also the first group of hospitals to create a trend of heart and brain care.

Charity run activity that donates proceeds after deducting expenses to the Vejdusit Foundation under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana, to benefit underprivileged patients. With a team of doctors and medical personnel, including safety officers along the route, jointly planning and managing the race route and taking care of emergencies to increase confidence for all participants. Therefore, it is an activity that is charitable, fun, safe, and impressive, and can be developed into a continuous activity in the future.

Conditions of use of health check services

The hospital will send you health check-up coupons via E-mail within 7 working days after completing the payment process and receiving confirmation from the system. Conditions:

1. For use at Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai only. Cannot be transferred to other branches.
2. Period of use of health check-up coupon: The coupon can be used until 31 December 2025. If the coupon expires, the hospital reserves the right to use the service and the coupon cannot be extended or refunded.
3. This coupon is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
4. This coupon is for inspection only according to the specified list. It cannot be changed.
5. Can be used only for outpatients (OPD) and self-help patients.
6. The health checkup package does not include additional treatment or medication costs if prescribed by a doctor.

1. Participants must be healthy and able to run the distance they have registered for. They must inform the organizer of their health conditions. In the case of injuries along the route, they must inform the staff of their symptoms in order to treat and reduce serious injuries and be able to run until the end of the running distance. (The mobile medical team will immediately assist you when you request assistance.)
2. You may not leave equipment, trash, or anything made of plastic materials on the running route. The committee and officials on the route will warn you to refrain from doing so. If you violate the rules, you will be reported to the central committee of the field for consideration of immediate disqualification from the event.
3. This running event does not record times for the 5 km distance.
4. Runners cannot change their running route or distance after registering for their equipment.
5. The images taken in this event, the organizer reserves the right to use them for public relations after the event, to send to report the support of all sponsors in book form only. The organizer does not intend to use them for public relations purposes.
6. All registered runners must strictly follow the instructions from the officials and the running committee. Speak politely. Do not shout, speak ill of or use violence against officials and the judging committee or other participants.If any violation is found, the event organizer will be notified and disqualified from the run. In the case of creating violence in the event, the event organizer has the right to take legal action and sue if the action causes damage to the organization, sponsors and the other party.
