Age groups are based on year of birth — age = 2027 − year of birth.

VIP categories are non-competitive.

Prize collection

• Prize winners must report to the designated area within 30 minutes of finishing, or the award is forfeited.
• Wear your BIB clearly as registered and present your national ID card or passport matching your registered name.

Finishers within the cut-off time receive the event medal.

From the start beside Dok Krai Reservoir, the route loops around the sunflower field, then runs out and back along the road past the Map Ta Phut Customs Office to the turnaround before returning to the same finish.

Fun Run 4.5 KM (yellow line)

A loop around the sunflower field beside Dok Krai Reservoir, passing the Buppha garden, back to the same finish.

Registration Terms

• Applicants must provide accurate information — full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, and emergency contact details.
• Payment must be completed within the time window the system allows, otherwise the application may be cancelled automatically.
• A race BIB is non-transferable — it may not be given, lent, or sold to another person under any circumstances.
• Each person may submit only one application per category. Registering using another person's name or information is prohibited.
• Registration details can only be edited during the window the system has open for edits — check your registration page for the current status.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration that does not follow the terms above, with no refund.

1. Age — Participants under 15 in the 4.5 KM and 10.5 KM races must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Identification — Wear the BIB assigned at registration, visible throughout the race.
3. Timing — 4.5 KM age-group awards are decided by Chip Time / Net Time.
4. Start — Pass the check before entering the start area and start from the designated point.
5. During the race — Keep your BIB clearly visible and pass every checkpoint. Leaving the designated route may lead to disqualification.
6. Prize collection — Report within 30 minutes of finishing with your BIB and national ID card or passport, or the award is forfeited.
7. Protests — Must be submitted within 30 minutes of finishing.
8. Media — Photos, video, audio, articles and race statistics belong to the organizer and may be published in any media. Participants may use photos, video and audio of themselves without permission, but event photos and video may not be used commercially.
9. The decision of the race officials is final.
