Runners in every distance must pass all timing checkpoints. Failure to do so will result in a DNF (Did Not Finish) in the timing system. Each runner must wear exactly one race bib on the front of the chest, clearly visible at all times. Do not fold or crease the bib, as this may prevent your time from being recorded.
Winner Determination
- Overall awards are decided by Gun Time. All decisions are final.
- Age-group awards are decided by Chip Time. All decisions are final. You can scan the QR code on your BIB to check your results yourself.
- To claim an award, the organizer reserves the right to award only winners who have fully and correctly registered in accordance with the rules.
- Protests must be submitted in writing at Race HQ within 30 minutes of the official results announcement, with a THB 1,000 deposit.
Race Rules
- Submitting an entry confirms that the participant accepts all rules and regulations; the committee’s decisions are final.
- The event is organized with participant safety as the top priority. All instructions and warnings must be strictly followed. Participants accept all risks that may arise. The organizer is not liable for injury or death arising from training or participation. Participants should undergo a health check before registering or before race day.
- A participant must leave the race immediately if instructed by the medical team, Race Director, officials, and/or relevant staff.
- The organizer reserves the right to use photos, video, and other recorded media from the event for publicity and advertising.
- No refunds in any case after payment, including if the event is canceled for any reason.
- The organizer disclaims responsibility arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided during registration.
- Entries are non-transferable.
- Age calculation is based on birth year (B.E.) to the event year (B.E.).
- Overall awards are decided by Gun Time.
- Age-group awards are decided by Chip Time.
- To claim an award, participants must be in the correct age group and present an original photo ID (with full name and date of birth), such as a National ID card, before receiving prizes.
- A winner who receives an Overall award is not eligible for any age-group award.
- Participants must pass all checkpoints as specified. Timing chips record official times; finishers can obtain their official results after crossing the finish line.
- Bibs must be worn on the front and be clearly visible. The organizer reserves the right to withhold awards if the bib is not visible, is attached to the wrong age group, or in any circumstance where the participant’s category/age group cannot be verified.
- Each participant may wear only one bib. It is not permitted to run on behalf of another person or to claim more than one award (medal or trophy).
- Protests may be filed in writing at Race HQ within 30 minutes of the official results announcement, with a THB 1,000 deposit.
- TOP 25 awards (Men 25 / Women 25) for the 5 km and 10 km will be ranked using chip timing. Prizes can be claimed at the awards desk next to the stage.
