Event Rules and Regulations

Event Rules and Regulations — All participants must acknowledge and comply with the following:

  1. The event rules are in accordance with applicable laws.
  2. The organizer will not be responsible for any of the following:
    • Illness or accidents (medical staff, nurses, volunteers, and emergency personnel will be on standby for assistance)
    • Loss or damage of personal belongings
    • Event delays caused by circumstances beyond the organizer’s control
  3. To ensure safety during the event, appropriate management and safety measures will be implemented throughout the venue.
  4. Runners must arrive at the event area at least 30 minutes before the start time. The start area gates will close 15 minutes before each race start.
  5. Runners must follow all instructions given by the organizer and officials. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
  6. Runners are responsible for checking announcements and updates from the organizer both before and during the event.
  7. All photographs, videos, audio recordings, articles, and race statistics are the property of the organizer and may be published in media such as newspapers, the internet, television, or magazines.
    • Participants may use their own photos or videos for personal purposes without prior permission.
    • However, the use of event photos or videos for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
  8. The organizer respects and protects participants’ personal data and will handle it with care and confidentiality.
  9. In case of rain, shelter at the event area may be limited and may not accommodate all participants.
