Fancy Costume Contest Rules

1. The contest is open only to runners who are officially registered for RAJASI RUN 2026.
2. Fancy Costume Theme: "Run Green, Make the World a Better Place."
3. Participants must register for the Fancy Costume Contest at the registration area on Race Day before the race starts.
4. The contest is open to all ages, genders, and race distances.
5. Costumes will be judged by the official judging panel. The Top 5 highest-scoring participants will receive a trophy and cash prize.
6. Prize winners must wear and present their own official BIB, which must match their registration details.

On the kit collection day, please present your registration Tracking Number or a copy/photo of your National ID to verify your identity.
If collecting on behalf of another runner, present their Tracking Number or a copy/photo of their National ID to verify your authorization.

▶️ Competition & prize-collection rules

1. Overall Awards (MINI 10 km & FUN RUN 5 km) The Overall MINI 10 km and FUN RUN 5 km winners will be determined by Gun Time. The judges' decision is final. Runners may check their race results by scanning the QR Code on their BIB. Prize winners must report to the Registration Desk to verify their eligibility before receiving their awards.

2. MINI 10 km Age Group Awards Age Group winners in the MINI 10 km race will be determined by Chip Time. The judges' decision is final. Runners may check their race results by scanning the QR Code on their BIB. Prize winners must report to the Registration Desk to verify their eligibility before receiving their awards.

3. Award Verification & Presentation Award verification begins at 6:30 AM. The award presentation ceremony will begin at 7:00 AM, or once all prize winners in each category have reported.

4. Award Claim Requirements Prize winners must present one original identification document (National ID Card, Driver's License, or Passport). The runner's name and BIB number must match the race registration records to verify eligibility for the award.

5. Failure to Claim an Award If a prize winner fails to report, event staff will attempt to contact the runner by phone up to three (3) times. If the runner cannot be contacted or fails to report within 30 minutes, the prize will be considered forfeited and awarded to the next eligible finisher. No claims will be accepted after the award presentation ceremony.

6. Age Group Awards Each MINI 10 km Age Group category will be awarded provided that there is at least one registered competitor in that category.

7. Award Presentation Policy All awards will be presented on Race Day only. No awards will be issued after the event.

8. Late Start Policy Runners arriving after the official start time may still begin the race from the Start Line, provided that the Sweeper has departed the Start Area for more than 15 minutes. These runners participate at their own responsibility, as no Sweeper will be available to accompany the last runners.
