▶️ Race kit pick-up
On the kit collection day, please present your registration Tracking Number or a copy/photo of your National ID to verify your identity.
If collecting on behalf of another runner, present their Tracking Number or a copy/photo of their National ID to verify your authorization.

▶️ Competition & prize-collection rules

1. Mini Marathon 10 km — OVERALL rankings are determined by Gun Time. All results are final.
2. Mini Marathon 10 km — rankings are determined by Chip Time. Results are final. You can scan the QR code on your BIB to check your results.
3. Fun Run 5 km — rankings are determined by Gun Time. Finishers will receive place tags at the finish line and must report to the awards registration desk.
4. If you place in the awards, report to the awards registration desk with a clearly visible BIB matching your registration. Your full name must match your National ID / driver’s license / passport, and you must present one original of these documents to claim your prize.
5. If an awardee does not report: after 3 unanswered phone calls by staff, or if you fail to report within 30 minutes, you will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. The next finisher will be moved up. No claims will be accepted afterward.
6. For the Mini Marathon 10 km, if only one runner is registered in an age group, that category will be considered non-competitive, and no awards will be given.
7. Prizes are awarded on race day only. No additional awards will be issued after the event.
