Objective

  1. To enhance participants’ overall fitness, including strong physical health and mental resilience, as well as teamwork performance (for team competition categories).

  2. To promote desirable qualities among participants that positively impact society, including discipline, determination, perseverance, morality, ethics, sportsmanship, respect for winning and losing, recognition of others’ abilities, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and systematic problem-solving.
    The event also aims to continue the tradition of the 10-Hour Ultra Marathon organized by Suanphruak 99 Running Club. As this is a long-duration competition (5–10 hours), it fosters close connections among runners, support teams, and spectators, encouraging friendship, unity, and strong community bonds.

  3. To allocate part of the proceeds toward public benefit activities of the club and/or charitable causes.

🏆 Competition Awards

  1. Overall Male and Female (1st–10th place)
    Winners will receive an honorary trophy and cash prizes as follows:

    • 1st place: 12,000 THB
    • 2nd place: 10,000 THB
    • 3rd place: 8,500 THB
    • 4th place: 7,500 THB
    • 5th place: 7,000 THB
    • 6th place: 6,500 THB
    • 7th place: 6,000 THB
    • 8th place: 5,500 THB
    • 9th place: 5,000 THB
    • 10th place: 4,500 THB
  2. Male 50 years and over, and Female 45 years and over
    (excluding those who place 1st–10th in the overall individual category)

    • 1st–5th place will receive a trophy and a cash prize of 2,000 THB each.
  3. 30-Lap Achievement Award (63 KM and above)

    • Runners who complete 30 laps (63 KM) or more will receive a 30-Lap Finisher Trophy.
    • Runners who have already received awards in places 1–10 are not eligible for the 30-Lap Trophy.

A male runner who breaks the event record will receive a 20,000 THB cash prize.

  • The current best male record for the Suanphruak 99 Ultra Marathon 10 Hours is held by:

🏃‍♀️ Female Runner – Course Record Bonus

A female runner who breaks the event record will receive a 15,000 THB cash prize.

  • The current best female record for the Suanphruak 99 Ultra Marathon 10 Hours is held by:
    • Ms. Saipanya Tanwilai
    • Total distance: 105.00 KM
    • 50 laps at Suan Nawaminthirapirom Park
    • Time: 09:51:10 hrs (2014)

If multiple runners break the distance record in this event, the organizing committee will award the special record-breaking prize to only one runner—the one with the best time (shortest elapsed time).

Participants who are unable to collect the race kit in person on the specified date may authorize a representative to collect it on their behalf. The representative must prepare the following documents on the collection day:

Rules

Registration

  1. Registration is limited to one entry per person per event.
  2. Registering under another person’s name or using another person’s information is strictly prohibited.
  3. Providing false information or submitting forged documents is strictly prohibited.
  4. Applicants must carefully verify all registration details. The organizing committee reserves the right not to allow any changes to registration details and will not issue refunds under any circumstances.
  5. Transfer of registration rights to another person is not permitted.
  6. There will be no race bib and race pack distribution on race day.
  7. The organizer reserves the right not to refund registration fees in the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters.

Competition and Awards

  1. Participants must start and finish the race within the specified time limits.

  2. Participants must wear their race bib (BIB) and timing chip at all times during the race.

  3. If a runner’s name does not match the name on the bib, they will not be eligible for any awards and will not be covered by accident insurance.

  4. Participants must remain within the competition area at all times. If leaving the course area, they must inform the organizing team.

  5. The on-site medical team has the authority to withdraw a runner from the competition if necessary.

  6. Mixed Relay Team Category (4 × 2.30 hrs)

    • The first relay starts at 06:00 AM together with the 10-hour and 5-hour individual categories.

    • Each relay runs for 2 hours 30 minutes before changing to the next runner.

    • The next relay runner must report to the officials 10 minutes before their scheduled start time.

    • At the designated time, the next relay runner may start immediately upon the official signal, without waiting for the previous runner to return to the start line.

    • Laps completed beyond the 2 hours 30 minutes per relay will not be counted toward the team’s total distance.

    • Team scores will be calculated based on the total distance or total laps completed by all team members.
    • Teams placing in the top 10 highest total laps (all 4 relays combined) will receive awards.
    • In the event of a tie in total laps, the team with the shorter total elapsed time will be declared the winner.
  7. Participants may take breaks as needed during the race at designated rest areas.

  8. On race day, relay team participants must run in the registered relay order or as previously notified to the organizing committee. Any unauthorized changes or substitutions—intentional or unintentional—will result in the team’s disqualification.

  9. Any intentional cheating will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event, along with potential social sanctions.

  10. All decisions made by the organizing committee are final. Protests may only be submitted by participants and must be accompanied by a 1,000 THB deposit. If the protest is upheld, the deposit will be refunded.

  11. If runners or their support teams violate venue regulations (public park rules), and fail to comply after being warned, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the individual, club, or team without refund. In serious cases, immediate disqualification may occur without prior warning.
