• National ID card or passport

If you cannot collect your race kit on the designated dates, you may authorize a representative. The representative must present:

• Your registration Tracking Number or QR Code (from the confirmation email or check here)
• The representative’s National ID card or passport
• A copy of the participant’s National ID card or passport

• Registration opens 18 August 2025 and continues until full.
• Three race distances: 10 km and 5 km (for runners), and 2 km (for 1 runner + 1 dog).
• Race day: Saturday, 8 November 2025
• Start times
  • 10 km — Start: 16:30
  • 5 km — Start: 16:40
  • 2 km — Start: 16:50
• No changes to race distance or race T-shirt size after registration.
• Bib numbers must be worn visibly on the front at all times during the race.
• Only participants who complete payment within the deadline are eligible; otherwise, the entry will be forfeited.
• All prize recipients must present a Thai National ID or a government-issued photo ID with national ID number, or a passport, within the specified time. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from receiving prizes.
• The organizer reserves the right not to refund entry fees in case of event cancellation or postponement due to reasons beyond the organizer’s control or natural disasters.
• The course may be adjusted for runner safety at the sole discretion of the Race Director.
• The rules and decisions of the organizing committee are final.
