NEW this year — Free-Form Running! Choose your own routes to the 4 obstacle zones, in a specified sequence, instead of following a fixed route. The total run distance is approximately 12km.

Apart from the timing for the entire run, the time you require to complete each obstacle zone will also be recorded, at its entrance and exit. The timing of each successfully completed obstacle zone will be reflected in your results, as well as your total race time.

A maximum of 150 mins will be given for all runners from flag-off to the finishing line, otherwise they would be deemed disqualified.
