ALL FOR ONE RUN FOR THE KING

Sports Authority of Thailand, Ministry of Tourism & Sports, Invited Thais to join forces and run 10 kilometers and 5 kilometers to express loyalty and to remembrance His Majesty King. The Celebration on the Auspicious of His Majesty the King’s 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 28th July 2024

• Limited to 3000 runners
• Athletes must personally collect their souvenirs on July 27, 2024
• In cases where it is not possible to collect the souvenir in person, the representative must present a copy of the athlete's ID to confirm and receive the souvenir on July 27, 2024

The rules of the event, which applicants must accept and comply with.

1. The following event rules and guidelines are intended to help produce and direct our event in a manner that will ensure the safety of all participants, to meet the requirements of local government permits and to be compliant with regulations for participant performance records and event liability. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping everyone to enjoy race day.
2. Registrants must be capable of completing the full race distance (5 km.), from start line to finish line, passing through every station, within the event time requirement. Any runner still on the course MUST be proceeding at their own risk.
3. Participants must stay on the official course and follow the instructions and directions of course marshals, safety officials and law enforcement officers at all times. It is the responsibility of each participant to know the course and follow the appropriate course markings. Participants who leave the course will be automatically disqualified. Please see the course map to learn the course before race day.
4. Spectators are asked to remain off the course and/or in designated spectator areas during the event.
5. If you attempt to sell your race number, you may be banned from future events.
6. We suggest that all runners be at least 6 years of age to participate in these events. Anyone under 6 - 18 years old must have a signed release from their parent or guardian.
7. You must be in good health and physically prepared to take on the challenge of events.
8. Sections of the course are open to the general public, including walkers, bicyclists and vehicle traffic; please be courteous to those individuals who are not race participants, yielding pathways if/when necessary.
9. Please yield to emergency vehicles and other official and non-official vehicles, if necessary.
10. You must show photo ID to receive your race number. If you are picking up for another runner, you must show a copy of their photo ID or a printed or digital copy authorizing you to pick up their items.
11. Official race numbers are required to participate and must be worn at all time while on the official course.
12. Participants may not use bikes, in-line skates, skateboards, or baby joggers during the event and are not allowed to run with a dog while on the course.
13. Participants understand that there are inherent dangers (storms, forest fires, lightning, flooding, etc.) with road running events that are beyond the organizer’s control. The organizers of OCA FUN RUN BANGKOK Events reserve the right to cancel the race should any situation present a danger to the participants, staff, vendors, safety officials or motorists.
14. Photos, VDO , sounds, articles, match statistics is the copyright of the organizer And may be published in various media such as newspapers, the Internet, television, magazines, etc. Athletes can take photos. VDO and their own voice can be used without permission The organizers do not allow commercial use of photos and animations of the event and competition.
15. The Organizer is not responsible for any damage caused by the following:

• (a) illness or accident (The Organizer will prepare doctors, nurses, volunteers and staff to assist in emergencies.)
• (b) loss or damage of personal property
• (c) any delay of the match caused by something the Organizer cannot control.

• Photo of ATK test results

Participants who are unable to collect their Race Entry Packs during the REPC collection dates may authorise representatives to collect them on their behalf. All authorised representatives are required to produce the following documentation upon collection :

• Registration Tracking Number or Barcode (email or check from here)
• Citizen ID Card/Passport of representative
• A photocopy of the participant’s Citizen ID Card/Passport
