ร่วมกันจัดงานเดิน-วิ่ง ปันน้ำใจครั้งที่ 1 ภายใต้ชื่องาน "Rotary Alive Chanthaburi 2020" วิ่งสีสันเมืองจันทบุรี

เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ให้แก่โรงพยาบาลที่ขาดแคลนในจังหวัดจันทบุรี อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ให้แพทย์ได้มี เครื่องมือที่ดีใช้ช่วยชีวิตผู้ป่วยให้มีโอกาสหายกลับมาเป็นปกติให้เป็นกำลังของสังคมต่อไป

มาร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสนับสนุนการซื้ออุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ด้วยกันนะคะ

Participants who are unable to collect their Race Entry Packs during the REPC collection dates may authorise representatives to collect them on their behalf. All authorised representatives are required to produce the following documentation upon collection :

• Registration Tracking Number or Barcode (email or check from here)
• Citizen ID Card/Passport of representative
• A photocopy of the participant’s Citizen ID Card/Passport
