Megabangna (Main Entrance 2th floor, near ALTO coffee shop)

Documents required for RACE PACK Collection

1. ID card or Passport of participants in the team, In the case of authorize others to pick-up race pack on behalf of participants themselves, ID card copies/passport copies of subjected participants must be presented
2. Registration Confirmation of payment e-mail (can print from e-mail)
3. The candidate who is under 12 years of age (as of race day), please fill up the indemnity form and present it upon race pack collection

If you are appointing someone else to collect the race pack on your behalf, please bring along the documents as following:

1. ID card copies/passport copies of subjected participants must be presented with correct authorization
2. Registration Confirmation of payment e-mail (can print from e-mail)
3. ID card / passport of the representative participants

Remark:

• The participants who did choose shirt size by online cannot change.
• Late collection will not be entertained on November, 12th 2017 and the organizer will not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused.
• Organizer reserves the right to refuse participants without the required documents from collecting their race entry packs

RACE VILLAGE: Park area the entrance to IKEA, Megabangna

PARKING AREA

• Runner can park near Race Village area
• Runner who parks before 03.00 am must present BIB at exit entrance to have no fees. If not, runner must pay an overnight rate 1,000 baht
• Runner who park after 03.00 am can park free 8 hours without presenting BIB
• Please strictly contact to Information center if runner lost BIB before exiting

MEGA RELAY RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Runners must arrive at the start line before 03.30 am. at race village
2. Every runner must run every route in which organizer has located in order to get awards
3. Every runner must run through every check points in order to get awards
4. In case of that 3rd member of 4x10 and 4x5 is ‘DNF’ (do not finish within the start time of 4th member by 07.45 am) 4th runner can start but have no right to get awards
5. Runners who grant their right to others as their representative will not have the right to get awards for all team
6. Runners who grant their right to others as their representative will not get the accident insurance themselves
7. Count time for team ranking by finish time minus start Gun time (04.00 am)
8. In case of any doubt of race results, runners can get an explanation at 10.00 am by November, 12th 2017
9. Only the runners can protest race results
10. Awards cannot be transferred a right to others
11. The judge’s opinion is considered final

Remark:

• Runners who expect to get award, please bring along a copy of ID card as of a representative of the team, 5% withholding tax will be deducted from total prize amount
