Entry Regulations

The organizer may refuse or cancel registration for participants who do not accept the event terms and race regulations, with no refund. The organizer also reserves the right to consider their registration in future races.

1. All participants must provide accurate information in the application form, including name, gender, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, and emergency contact information.
2. Payment must be made within 72 hours of completing registration.
3. No transfer permitted: Participants cannot give, transfer, or sell their race number to another person.
4. Each candidate can register only once. Using another person's name and information to register is also prohibited.
5. Any false information or document forgery for registration is strictly prohibited.
6. Participants are not allowed to edit registration information after confirmation. Please check your information thoroughly. The organizer reserves the right to refuse changes and no refund will be given.
7. Some types of computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and operating systems may cause registration errors. The organizer cannot be responsible for all devices and is not responsible for delays from internet connections.
8. As there are many candidates, the organizer may not be able to respond to individuals about their registration status or results.
9. Candidates who grant their rights to others will be disqualified from next year's registration. Athletes who use another person's race number are not eligible for prizes.
10. The organizer reserves the right not to refund registration fees in case of cancellation or postponement due to factors beyond the organizer's control, or natural disasters.
11. Race entries and bibs are non-transferable. Sale, trade, and/or transfer of race entry/bib is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification and/or banning from future events.

Rules for Runners

• Runners must stay on the route marked with ribbons or signs by race officials. Running off the route is not permitted.
• Runners must strictly follow the instructions of race officials on the course.
• All runners are strictly prohibited from discarding water bottles or any trash on the course. Please use designated disposal points only.
• Do not create any situation that may cause damage or harm to fellow runners.
• All runners are prohibited from destroying or collecting any plants, vegetables, or fruits in conservation areas or villagers' farmland, unless offered by villagers.
• If a runner requests DNF, retrace the route to seek assistance from the Guard Runner on that section, who will take you to the nearest checkpoint for further coordination.
• If a runner is injured and cannot continue, stop and wait for assistance from the Guard Runner responsible for that section.

Applicant Certification

I hereby certify that the information above is true. I am in good physical condition and able to compete in my registered category. I will comply with all rules and regulations, and will not claim any damages in case of danger or injury, whether before or during the race. I agree that the organizer may photograph or film the race, which shall be the organizer's right.

Once registration is confirmed, no refund of the registration fee will be given under any circumstances.
