1. For the runners who would like to register in the category UTN100, please fill out the personal information, together with UTMB index 100K points from 1 race (During 01/01/2022 - the date of application). Check your point at https://utmb.world/fr/utmb-world-series/runners/utmb-index

Please attach the proof as a URL link from UTMB index when register.

Once the staff has verified the information, a confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours. After that, the payment must be made within 24 hours. Once the payment has been made and the proof of payment has been sent to us, a confirmation email will be sent. The registration is considered complete.

The runners who register for the UTN100 will receive all 3 emails:

• Confirmation of registration email
• Confirmation of qualifications with registration fee payment link
• Payment confirmation email

Note: The race organizer reserves the right to not receive UTMB index point after register. And not refund the registration fee in all cases

2. For the runners who would like to register in the category UTN70, UTN50, UTN30 and PCC15, when completed filling out the personal information, after that a confirmation of registration email will be sent. After that, the payment must be made within 24 hours. Once the payment has been made and the proof of payment has been sent to us, a confirmation email will be sent. The registration is considered complete.

3. For the runners who would like to register in the category UTN100, UTN70, UTN50 and UTN30, which will get the UTMB index points after complete the race, please enter the English name-surname, nationality and date of birth information correctly for your own benefit.

4. Due to the accident insurance will be made for every runner, please enter the name-surname and personal information when register correctly for your own benefit.

1. For the runners who would like to register in the category of UTN100, UTN70, UTN50 and UTN30, must be 18 years of age or older

2. For the runners in category of UTN100, UTN70, UTN50 and UTN30, the race kit and BIB collection will be available on Friday 28 October 2022. For the category of PCC15, the race kit and BIB collection will be available on Friday 28 October 2022 and Saturday 29 October 2022 at Payapanong Stadium at 11.00 AM. – 9.00 PM. (Location maybe subject to change)

3. Race kit and BIB collection must be collected at a specific time. No race kit and BIB collection on the race day.

4. For the runners in category of UTN100, UTN70, UTN50 and UTN30 must be collect BIB by themselves only, by showing an ID card or passport.

• In the case of assigning others to receive instead, will get only the Race Kit, BIB will not be given.

5. For the runners in category of PCC15, can collect race kit and BIB by their own or assign others to collect by presenting a copy of ID card or passport and confirming the application and payment confirmation email.

6. No race kit and BIB collection in Bangkok or postal delivery.

7. All runners who participate in category of UTN100, UTN50, UTN30 and PCC15 must sign the waiver form before the race kit and BIB collection.

8. All runners who participate in category of UTN100, UTN70, UTN50, UTN30 and PCC15 must be medically fit and ready for the activity, no heart disease such as ischemic heart disease, cardiomyopathy or diabetes, etc., can compete in the race category that registered and can take care of themselves throughout the competition period.

9. All runners who participate in category of UTN100, UTN70, UTN50 and UTN30, the mandatory gear will be checked on Friday 27 October 2023 before the race kit BIB collection. Please prepare all mandatory gear to be ready for check.

10. Not allow followers to assist runners in the race route. Followers can assist runners only at the Checkpoints (All Checkpoints) or the points that the race organizer allow only. If any of the followers are found to support runners outside the checkpoints, supported runners will be disqualified and leave the race immediately.

11. Pacer is not allowed to help.

12. Check the BIB each time when access at checkpoint to record the result.

13. Pin or wear your BIB to clearly see on the front only.

14. If found that someone else's BIB is used to compete, that one will be disqualified and leave the race immediately.

15. All race categories starting point and finish line are at Payapanong Stadium, Pua, Nan.

16. A glass will not be available during the course of the race. Runners must prepare a glass of water or a bottle of water themselves.

17. Runners are prohibited from leaving the junk during the course of the race. Please leave it in the bin or the area provided by the team. In case of found runners leave the junk outside the provided area, runners will receive a time penalty 30 minutes.

18. All runners who participate in category of UTN100, UTN70, UTN50 and UTN30 must have the required mandatory gear for the safety while in the race.

19. Due to our route is through the National Park, so all runners have to strictly follow the regulations of the National Park as follows.

• Do not take away the flowers, plants, rocks, animals and things left out of the national park.
• Pets are not allowed in the National Park.
• No fireworks, sky lanterns, firecrackers, gun shooting in national parks.
• Do not start a fire on the ground / grass for any purpose. Please start a fire on the provided area only and put out a fire when finish.
• Do not make loud noises or do any that will cause loud noise that will disturb or annoy the other tourists who want the tranquility of nature.
• Foam container is not allowed in the National Park. Please sort the waste before leave them in the bins provided by the national park.
• Do not write in any places.
• Do not bring the vehicle into the way is not provided for roaming.
• Do not bring liquor or drinks with alcohol to drink in the national park.
• Follow the instructions and the order of the officer strictly.

20. The route may be changed for runner safety which depends on the discretion of the Race Director only.

21. The race organizer provides all runners the accident insurance. Please enter the name-surname and personal information when register correctly for your own benefit. In the event of an accident during the race, the accident insurance will cover only the runners whose name and information match the registration database.

22. The race organizer reserves the right that the registration fee is non-refundable in all cases

23. The race organizer reserves the right regarding to runners would like the change or drop down the race category in all cases, except for injury cases or medical necessity by having to attach a medical certificate to confirm the illness

24. Rules and judgments of the committees are final.

2. Race Tee Size Changing Process

• Inform the name-surname and tracking no. together with the new size of the race tee you want to change by email to ultratrailnan100@gmail.com
• Once the staff has completed the process, a confirmation email will be sent to you again.

1. After completing the registration and payment, the race category upsize is not allowed in all cases.
   

1. All runners can downsize the race category due to injury cases or medical necessity by having to attach a medical certificate to request the race category changing.
2. There is no refund of the difference for drop down the race category.
3. The race category drops down process

• Inform the name-surname and tracking no. together with a medical certificate by email to ultratrailnan100@gmail.com
• The notification of race category drops down will be made in the period from 14 February – 31 August 2023
• Once the staff has completed the process, a confirmation email will be sent to you again.

1. Transfer of the rights, all runners can transfer their rights as follows:

• Can be transfer the right for free of charge until 30 April 2023.
• Can be transfer the right from 1 May – 31 August 2023. There will be a charge for change of 500 baht. (For the race category of UTN100 race, an UTMB index point must be attached)
