เกษตรศาสตร์เดิน-วิ่งเพื่อการกุศล (KU Run 2018 : Run for Charity) จัดขึ้นเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์และประชาชนทั่วไปได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของสุขภาพ การมีจิตอาสา และการรู้จักให้ผู้อื่น ตามพระราชดำรัสของพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช โดยรายได้ทั้งหมดหลังจากหักค่าใช้จ่ายมอบให้กับกองทุนรักษาพยาบาลสัตว์ป่วยอนาถา โรงพยาบาลสัตว์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เพื่อใช้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อไป
