Rules and Regulations for Participation in TETS2025-KRI The event organizers will take responsibility for ensuring participants' safety during the race. However, all participants must accept the inherent risks involved. The organizers will not be liable for any injuries or fatalities occurring during the race or related activities. Participants with existing health concerns must undergo a medical check-up and/or consult their doctor before registering and prior to race day.

For safety reasons, in certain situations, participants may be required to withdraw from the race immediately upon instruction from medical personnel, the race director, race marshals, and/or security officers.

All runners must carry the mandatory gear as specified for each race category. If any item is missing or incomplete, participants must inform the staff on gear collection day for further evaluation.

The organizers reserve the right to use any photographs, video footage, audio recordings, or other media of the event (including participants) for lawful purposes, including commercial advertising.

The organizers reserve the right to restrict or deny race entry to any applicant without providing a reason.

The organizers will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate registration details submitted by participants.

Race entries are non-transferable. If a participant wishes to transfer their slot, a transfer fee of 200 THB will be charged. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Requests for race slot transfers or registration detail modifications must be made no later than 7 days before the registration deadline. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Participants must wear their bib number clearly visible on the front of their shirt. Failure to display the bib number correctly, or wearing a bib number for the wrong age group or race category, may result in disqualification from prize eligibility.

All decisions made by the official race committee are final and binding.
