Participants who are unable to collect their Race Entry Packs during the REPC collection dates may authorise representatives to collect them on their behalf. All authorised representatives are required to produce the following documentation upon collection :

CRN X Miles Award Determination
CRNx FUN RUN is non-competitive (no awards)
Award winners must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., ID card, driver’s license, or passport). A copy or photo of the document is acceptable.
All award recipients must run under their own name and bib number. If the name does not match the bib, the prize will be forfeited. The committee's decision is final.
Race kits must be collected in person only, on:
Participants must verify their bib details (name, surname, gender, age group).
Corrections can only be made at the Expo on October 25, 2025, from 10:00 to 18:00.
If an award is won but the information is incorrect, the prize will be forfeited.
The organizer provides accident insurance coverage during the race.
However, participants are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness before and during the race.
The organizer is not liable for illness, injury, or death due to underlying health conditions.
Medical services will be available as per safety standards.
The organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to any belongings stored at the bag drop service.
Participants acknowledge that photos and videos will be taken during the event, and grant permission for their use in promotional materials as appropriate.
If registered participants do not attend the race, they may claim their race bib and souvenir shirt between October 27–31, 2025.
Items will be shipped starting April 6, 2025, with a delivery fee of 100 THB per bib.
In case of force majeure (e.g., state of emergency, epidemic, government order to cancel the event), the organizer reserves the right to postpone the event without refunding registration fees.
In the event of a natural disaster or any safety concern on race day, the organizer reserves the right to suspend or cancel the race without refund.
