To all runners who want to step out of your comfort zone and join the nighttime cross country race. Surrounded by nature, mountains, and fields among the stars in the sky of the late rainy season and early cold breeze. To experience the winter weather only once in a year. There will be fun activities around the bonfire after a night run and experience overnight camping in nature under the starry sky of winter

Participants who are unable to collect their Race Entry Packs during the REPC collection dates may authorise representatives to collect them on their behalf. All authorised representatives are required to produce the following documentation upon collection :

• A photocopy of the participant’s Citizen ID Card/Passport

Gentleman Award - #GentlemanAward Whether you're a lady or gentleman, everyone has the right to receive this award if you have demonstrated gentleman behavior throughout the race. For example,

• Pointing or showing hand symbols to others when encountering trails such as holes or rough roads, etc
• Being gentle to others by showing any acts of polite in all cases.
• Helping other runners.
• Not throwing water bottles, food sachet, or other debris on the route. It is strictly prohibited unless it is in the disposal area, water points, and public trash.
• The sacrifice to lead a group of runners.

• The Gentleman Award will be rewarded to a post with the images of good deeds, sacrifices, and hashtag #GentlemanAward with captions. The committee selects the post, both posters and people in the photos will receive an award at the event or later by mail.

Awards #คนรักษ์โลก An award for environmentally friendly people #คนรักษ์โลก The award is for a post with an act of kindness to the environment, such as collecting garbage. Then hashtag #คนรักษ์โลก or #Save the World with captions. The committee selects the post, both posters and people in the photos will receive an award at the event or later by mail.

The following are the rules and regulations attendees must follow:

1. The rules and regulations of the event are in accordance with the law.
2. The event host will not be held responsible for the following: 2.1 Any injuries or accidents. Doctors, nurses, paramedics and volunteers will be on-site, provided by the host. 2.2 Any damages or loss of personal belongings 2.3 Any delay by matters that are out of the host's control
3. In order to assure the security of the event, the host had set up regulations suitable for the location and circumstances of the event.
4. Runners must arrive at the venue at least 2 hours before the start times. The starting point entries will be closed 10 minutes before the start of each category.
5. Runners must commit to the instructions and suggestions by the hosts and members; if runners fail to do so, runners will be prohibited from participating in the run.
6. Runners are responsible for checking all the announcements by the host before and during the race.
7. All photographs, videos, sound, content, and statistics are the possession of the host and may use and or disclosed in media such as newspapers, internet, television, magazine, etc. Attendees are allowed to use their photographs, videos, and sound without the host's permission. Attendees are not permitted to use any of the pictures or videos of the event for business or commercial purposes.
8. The hosts values and respects the privacy and security of all attendees' personal information. Hence, the host will collect and use the data according to this importance.
9. In case of rain, the organizer may not have enough place to shelter for all attendees.
