Participants who are unable to collect their Race Entry Packs during the REPC collection dates may authorise representatives to collect them on their behalf. All authorised representatives are required to produce the following documentation upon collection :

Competition rules

1. Runners participating in the competition must be aged 18 years or over (age is calculated by taking the year 2022 minus the year of birth).
2. Runners must arrive at the starting point before the start time according to the distance type applied for. Must enter the release area according to the expected time group specified at the time of application and indicated in let-ters on the running number. Failure to enter the release area within the spec-ified distance zone is a violation of the rules of the competition.
3. Runners must have a running number clearly visible on their chest. The organizers do not allow runners who are not numbered to pass the starting point and enter the finish line.
4. Runners must follow the specified route (following arrows, ribbons and signs/symbols). Shortcuts are not allowed. Runners found to violate the rules of competition (or to have the intention to do so) or using the wrong competi-tion format will be disqualified from the competition and all results are void.
5. Helping runners can only be done in the area of first aid or water supply points. Followers are not allowed to assist runners on the race track.
6. Runners must not dress or carry any equipment that may be dangerous to other runners. Runners must not dress inappropriately to cause discomfort to other runners or spectators (for example insulting text, pornography, express-ing political views, profane religion or belief, product advertisements, propa-ganda, etc).
7. Runners are prohibited from doing anything that causes a delay in the race or obstructing the access to the finish line.
8. Runners must stop or give way to vehicles or emergency responders.
9. Runners must follow the directions of the route operator. Referees strictly manage the competition.
10. Timing will be based on the Chip Time System (based on the time of the center clock of the competition). The ranking by the committee is final based on the chip time. Runners must pass all check points.
11. To claim and receive their reward/prize, runners must show their ID card or passport with identification number and photo within the specified time. Rewards/prizes claimed too late or without official ID will not be considered. The decision of the arbitrator will be regarded as final.
12. Runners and participants are not allowed to bring drugs and intoxicants into the event area.
13. Runners are not allowed to bring weapons or illegal things into the event area.
14. Runners shall not cause a quarrel within the event area
15. If any runner has an abnormal physical condition or has symptoms of ill-ness, the first aid center should immediately be informed.
16. If a runner wants to leave the race, they must inform the staff before leaving the race.
17. Runners are forbidden to throw garbage on the race route. If a runner is reported for littering clear evidence, 20 minutes will be added to the running time or the runner will be disqualified from the competition.
18. The judge's decision is final.
