Ultra Marathon Race, 61.4 km-Individual Runner, Route from New Phang Nga City Hall to Thai Mueang Beach
Racing Rules
Racing athletes must leave the starting point at the new Phang Nga City Hall at the set time and run only along the route determined by the racing committee. The racing distance is 61.4 kilometers. There will be committee members along the way to check compliance. Anyone who does not start the race at the specified point, runs along a shortcut route, or runs to the finish line beyond the specified time will not be eligible to receive a prize or medal.
When the athlete completes the full distance by running to the finish line at the front of Tai Mueang Beach, the committee will record the time and place of the athlete (only those who place 1st – 3rd will be ranked). Athletes ranked in the 1st -3rd places must report to the Racing Management Office to confirm their name, surname, and race time in order to receive a prize. In this regard, all athletes completing the race in the specified time and do not break the rules will receive a medal. The decision of the committee is considered final.
The top 3 male and female finishers in the following categories will be awarded a prize:
- Male and female athletes ages 20-35 years
- Male and female athletes ages 35 - 50 years old
- Male and female athletes ages 50 - 65 years old
Ultra Marathon Race, 2-person Relay Race Team, Route from New Phang Nga City Hall to Thai Mueang Beach
The 1st athlete starts running at the new Phang Nga City Hall and runs along the route specified by the committee to the substitution point at the distance of 42.195 kilometers, and then the 1st athlete is substituted by the 2nd athlete who continues to run along the fixed route to the finish line at the front of Thai Mueang Beach at the distance of 61.4 kilometers.
Racing Rules
The 1st runner of each team runs along the route set by the racing committee. The total racing distance is 61.4 kilometers with 1 substitution point at the distance of 42.195 kilometers. The athletes must run to the substitution point, so they can make a substitution. At the substitution point, the athletes must deliver a running timer to the second runner, who then continues to the finish line. The athletes who do not substitute at the specified point, do not reach the substitution point, or run a shortcut route will be immediately disqualified.
When the athletes complete the full distance and run to the finish line at the front of Thai Mueang Beach, the committee will record the time and place of the top 3 finishers. Athletes ranked in the 1st -3rd places must report to the Racing Management Office to confirm their name, surname, and race time to be eligible to receive a prize. In this regard, all athletes entering the finish line in the specified time limit and do not break the rules will receive a medal. The decision of the committee is considered final. The racing prizes include the 1st – 3rd teams.
Ultra Marathon Race, 3-person Relay Race Team, Route from New Phang Nga City Hall to Thai Mueang Beach
The first athlete of the team starts running at the new Phang Nga City Hall and runs along the route specified by the committee to the substitution point at the distance of 21.098 kilometers, and then the 1st athletes are substituted by the 2nd athletes. The 2nd athletes run along the route fixed to the substitution point at the distance of 42.195 kilometers, and then the 2nd athletes are substituted by the 3rd athletes, who run to the finish line at the front of Thai Mueang Beach at the distance of 61.4 kilometers.

Racing Rules
Racing athletes must leave the starting point at the front of Tai Mueang Beach and run along the route determined by the racing committee for a distance of 2.5 kilometers and turn back to run on the beach for a distance of 2.5 kilometers to the finish line at the front of Tai Mueang Beach with a total racing distance of 5 kilometers.
When the athletes complete the full distance by running to the finish line at the front of Tai Mueang Beach, the committee will record the time and place of the top 3 runners. The athletes entering the finish line in the 1st -3rd places must report to the Racing Management Office to confirm their name, surname, and time in order to receive a prize. In this regard, all athletes entering the finish line in the specified time and do not break the rule will receive a medal. The decision of the committee is considered final.
Mini-Marathon, 10 Kilometers, Run Round to the front of Tai Mueang Beach

Racing athletes must leave the starting point at the front of Tai Mueang Beach and run along the route determined by the racing committee for a distance of 5 kilometers and turn back to run on the same route for a distance of 5 kilometers to the finish line at the front of Tai Mueang Beach with a total racing distance of 10 kilometers.
When the athletes complete the full distance by running to the finish line at the front of Tai Mueang Beach, the committee will record the time and place of the top 3 runners. The athletes entering the finish line at the 1st -3rd places must report to the Racing Management Office to confirm their name, surname, and time in order to receive a prize. Half-Marathon, 20 Kilometers, Run Round of Tai Mueang Beach - Khao Lam Pi National Park - Tai Mueang Beach

Racing athletes must leave the starting point at the front of Tai Mueang Beach and run along the route fixed by the racing committee to the Ancient Mining Ship Ruin, Khao Lam Pi National Park – Tai Mueang Beach for a distance of 10 kilometers and turn back to run on the same route for a distance of 10 kilometers to the finish line at the front of Tai Mueang Beach with a total racing distance of 20 kilometers.
When the athletes complete the full distance by running to the finish line at the front of Tai Mueang Beach, the committee will record the time and place of the top 3 runners. The athletes entering the finish line at the 1st -3rd places must report to the Racing Management Office to confirm their name, surname, and time in order to receive a prize. In this regard, all athletes entering the finish line in the specified time and do not break the rules will receive a medal. The decision of the committee is considered final.

Virtual Run Racing Rules
Runners perform a single run at any location between 15 and 22 December 2019 to complete a total distance of 5 kilometers. Then, the runner submits evidence by 3 p.m. of Dec 22, 2019 to the event organizer through the application to show their run distance and the total time spent to decide the race results. The top 5 athletes who complete a distance of 5 kilometers with the shortest run time will receive prizes.
