วัตถุประสงค์โครงการ :
เพื่อส่งเสริมการออกกำลังกายของประชาชนในประเทศ เพื่อป้องกันโรคร้ายต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะโรคมะเร็งที่มีอัตราการเจ็บป่วยเสียชีวิตเป็นอันดับต้น ๆ ของประเทศ
เพื่อมอบรายได้จากการบริหารจัดการโครงการฯ ให้แก่สถาบันมะเร็งแห่งชาติ และโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งภูมิภาค 7 แห่ง รวมเป็น 8 แห่งทั่วประเทศ
